Description

KAO Data has again updated the planned maintenance schedule for Harlow Suite TS-04 to facilitate headend installations and increase capacity for a new customer. The revised power feed shutdowns are as follows: - Saturday, 22nd February 2025: TS-04 B Feed isolated from 08:00 to 11:00 - Sunday, 23rd February 2025: TS-04 C Feed isolated from 08:00 to 11:00 Each power feed will be offline for no more than 4 hours, with power restored immediately after installation and testing. **Important Information** This maintenance only affects customers in Suite TS-04 in the Harlow site. Other suites, including TS-01 and locations such as Stevenage will not be impacted. If you have any questions, please contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding.
